Job responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating the incubation operation of new media channels from 0-1 matrix, including but not limited to XiaoHongshu, Douyin, video number, Weibo, Zhihu and other new media platforms. Account management, content planning, editing, publishing, maintenance, copy, etc.

I can independently operate new media accounts, combine the tonality of different platforms and the company's brand content, formulate monthly operation strategies, plan weekly publication of topic selection and activity planning, carry out daily updates, cooperate with live broadcasting, and provide support for cash realization.

Responsible for guiding and participating in shooting, editing short videos, copywriting planning, publishing, etc., doing a good job in new media data analysis and tracking, and responsible for content output and material data performance. It can be quickly combined with relevant hot spots to do content output and provide high-quality and high communication content.

For fans and potential customer groups, do a good job of tracking and interaction, mining and analyzing user habits, targeted planning more activity content, to achieve fan growth, improve visibility and conversion rate.

Responsible for coordinating the operation of new media channel projects, regularly reviewing data analysis, proposing solutions, and regularly reporting to superiors.

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job qualification

Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, journalism and communication is preferred;

More than 3 years of operating experience, education training, research products circuit preferred.

Have successful experience in operating from 0-1 account, creating overextended account is preferred.

Proficient in Pr, film editing, Xiu Mi and other video editing and copy editing tools.
